Good Thanksgiving Visit Option

Pleased with the home, bathroom and bedrooms and living / dining all great. Kitchen could use a refresh of implements/pans for those that use the room like we do.

Pretty Home!

We (Group of 5) were in Detroit for a wedding recently and stayed at Tim's property for the weekend. The house was clean, well maintained and, had a warm and welcoming vibe. It is exactly as pictured on the site. It is well stocked with towels and basic toiletries. The house can definitely sleep 6 people comfortably. The king size bed was so comfy! The pool table and darts were such a fun addition on this trip. The check in process was easy with timely communication from Tim. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

Great Bungalow

We stayed at the property for 10 days while our daughter bowled in the Junior Gold Bowling Tournament. This house was within 15 minutes of both her assigned bowling alleys (Merri-Bowl, Oak Lanes) with no highway driving or construction zones, so that made the location great for us. The house was on a very quiet and well-maintained street, the neighbors on both sides were nice and talked to my husband about us being from Texas. Kids would come out to play on the shady street and the ice cream truck would come by most nights. We enjoyed being able to park off the street behind the gate. We also enjoyed using the charcoal grill out back, my husband grilled a few times during times our stay. The house was clean and had what we needed for our stay to be comfortable. The owner was very responsive and the 2 small issues we had were taken care of by immediately. If I had one recommendation for the property it would be that the listing should mention the 12 stairs to the room with the king bed, as they can be challenging for some. If stairs are not an issue that bedroom is spacious and a great retreat at the end of the day. Overall, if I was coming to the Detroit area again, I would definitely look into staying at this property or any other owned by Tim.
