Just 2 Blocks from the World Famous Niagara Falls State Park, this fully furnished and equipped home is perfect for your Niagara Falls Vacation. This home was built in August 2022 and offers two bedrooms with 3 beds (sleeps 6) a spacious open layout living room and kitchen and huge bathroom. Across the street from the NF State Park it is walking distance to the Falls Attractions and Casino! 314 F (upper)

Great place to stay in Niagara falls, especially if you are traveling with a dog. Niagara Falls park, the casino, bars and restaurants are within walking distance if you like to walk. Parking is in a nearby hotel lot. Place was very clean and Frank was very responsive to our questions.
This view is about a 20 minute walk from the townhome.

Perfect location and great space for the entire family.

This condo was an ideal location. Walking distance to everything on the American side of the falls. Super easy trip to the Canadian border to see the falls from that side too. Plenty of room to spread out and hang out with the family. Very clean. Highly recommend!!

This property was wonderful! 3 beds and full kitchen. We used the washer and dryer. Great location for seeing the water falls. The parking spot was much appreciated!

Overall it is a very nice place with a nice location. Parking was confusing at first but finally figured it out. Also the place was clean except for the floor. There was debris and crumbs and dirt on the floor when we got there. Didn't want to bother the manager or owner over it , but would recommend check the cleanliness of the place before he rents it out again. That was the biggest turn off in the place. Om
