For a first time customer I must say I was very pleased with this property it was clean, I loved the set up and colors in the room we had and very relaxing, the customer service was on point will definitely consider again whenever I’m back in the area it’s a 10/10.

Nice area, comfortable lodging

The room was immaculately clean. It's in a nice area, surrounded by a shopping center, and restaurants. The pool and courtyard areas are beautiful, quiet, & clean.

Nice room

The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, looked like it was recently updated. The ad said it was close to the aquarium, but it was 20 minutes away. The ad said there was a Starbucks on site, there was not. The pool was not usable for some reason. The ad did not mention anywhere that there was a $100 damage deposit, bit as soon as I reserved the room, it was on the confirmation—-very deceiving. Enjoyed it for the most part, bit they need to update their listing information.

Yes, the people at Sonesta were wonderful, very welcoming and friendly. The facility was very clean and current making it a very good value for the price.
