Spotless, stylish and great little balcony with a view. We stayed here for all the Miami Grand Prix days. It was a relaxing place to come home to as it was a residential building with regular people going about their lives by the beach. Publix very close, but just out of walking distance. A great landing pad!The grand prix runs free shuttles from the Aventura metro station 1.7 miles away to Hard Rock Stadium. You cannot take a bus to that station, only to the Aventura mall which has no overhead pedestrian connector to it, even though it is just across Biscayne Blvd and the rail tracks. We parked on the residential streets by the station. The Aventura Mall was rated as the best mall in America by USA Today and now we know why. Wow.The air conditioner was pretty noisy. You could hear your neighbors, but it was all just family noises and no horrible parties.
