New home near Dos Equis Pavillion, American Airlines Center, and Downtown Dallas. Perfect home for your stay during concerts, to have a weekend out in dallas, or to do a business trip in our dedicated office space.


Please know that this is an up and coming neighborhood.

The Space:

This wonderful home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
*The master bedroom has a king bed and a beautiful vanity for the ladies to get ready. As well as an en suite bathroom and walk in closet.
*Guest room 1 has a queen bed and a good sized closet.
*Guest room 2 has a murphy bed and desk available for office work. You get a view of the balcony and a slight view of Dallas.
(All bedrooms are located upstairs)

Enjoy our fenced in backyard to play some life sized games. Inside the living room enjoy indoor games for the family.

Our full sized kitchen has wonderful cooking ware to use and a keurig that can make lattes and cappuccinos.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Located next to Fair Park and 5 mins from Downtown Dallas. You can also find some great local restaurants with nice Soul food. Best of all worlds from high class to real world. We enjoy the diversity of the neighborhood and surrounding areas.
