Philly Modern Oak

The Unit was as described, very new, new fixtures, tile, flooring, trim- it appears as if it is all brand new- very nice. Good size, glad to have 2 good size bath rooms. Was not communicated that we'd have to climb a set of stairs(2nd floor unit), and location was not described. Not in a great neighborhood. Parking which seems to be a concern in the city was not an issue at this unit at all, which was great. Suggestions? non skid adhesives for the bathtubs and egg crate cushions for the beds- beds were hard- didn't sleep well. Appliances all new and very nice. Never made it to the rooftop.
