Nicely remodeled. Everything new and worked as should. Nicely decorated, very clean with supplyed amenities.Sketchy/empty building next door but no issues. Short commute to downtown. Would stay again.
Great property overall. Only 10 minutes to downtown and close to a bunch of good places to eat. Owner had towels and lots of extras we weren't expecting. Area is decent. Only minor issue is the security lights go off and on constantly all night next to the bedroom windows. Not a big deal really though.
Just be ready, there is a creepy abandoned building right next to the house. The location is in a “developing” part of Nashville. We traveled with 3 kids, would not recommend this house for kids. Adults, ok. Convenient to downtown, about 13 min drive. House cute, but not very tidy. Sorry.

Bugs, ice cold showers, and no contact info given for manager.
The house was decent good space for a small group, however the abandoned building next door might be a dealbreaker for some. The outside area was extremely overgrown and could have used a sweep off. And inside there were many spiders and bugs. Fairly sure we found a brown recluse. The shower was freezing but the kitchen sink somehow was able to get hot. In the check in info the manager did not fill in their contact info instead leaving xxx-xxx-xxxx. Also the driveway will scrape your car if it’s low.

Experience
Our experience was horrible not what we excepted we asked head there 2 sets bunk beds they responded yess and there wasn’t only one set, rooms small no broom to sweep the floor no kitchen table to eat on. Nasty stained sheets on the bed it’s like no one’ came and cleaned up at all I wouldn’t recommend no one to this house at the moment I really wish we could get some money back we had accidentally locked ourselves out the house no one answered the phone or respond to the calls until the next day to me you suppose to be prepared for Emergency 🚨 and then the shower wasn’t hot enough my experience was bad and will not be back

Cleanliness Lacking
Upon entering the home, we found hair on every piece of furniture and bed. And not just one or two, hair in the sheets, on the pillows and on the headboards. There was also a pretty large stain on one of the comforters which was off putting. The hostess was adamant that it was the cleaning person’s hair and that everything had been cleaned. She offered to have her cleaning person come fix it but we weren’t comfortable with that and just asked for the cleaning fee to be reimbursed (which never happened). Overall the hostess was very responsive but cleanliness is the most important part of a stay and it’s apparent that this is a budget cleaning service being used. There were little things we noticed like random cleaning supplies stored in closets, light bulbs missing from the vanity fixtures, and not enough seating for the number of guests allowed. We were also charged an extra guest fee. Not sure why because we had six people total.
My friends and I enjoyed the place, a great getaway from the city but a quick 5 - 10 minute drive to Broadway. Would stay again. Although next to a vacant boarded up building we still felt safe. We were a little disappointed as when we arrived the grass had not been cut so it did not look good but once we got inside the house was as described. The lawn was cut the next day and it looked more appealing. The biggest concern was the cleanliness, although on the surface the house was clean, but in one of the bedrooms, the sheets had not been washed, they had to be changed. Also the blankets and rugs were not clean. It appeared that the housekeepers just made the beds when the previous guest left and did not wash the linen. This was a big turn off but it was the only thing that caused concern. Some suggestions, make sure linen, rugs (especially in bathroom) etc., have been washed and cleaned, it would be a good idea to have a couple of chairs and/or a small table in the kitchen with at least 2 chairs, the Kerig was great but should add a coffee pot, purchase more towels, purchase a broom, purchase an iron & ironing board. Overall, we had a great stay!
