Welcome to The Canyon House in beautiful Arroyo Grande! This stunning 4,700 sq. ft. two story Mediterranean is a true destination home located just 7 minutes from the Edna Valley wine trails, 12 minutes from Pismo Beach, 5 minutes from the charming Arroyo Grande Village and 20 minutes from downtown San Luis Obispo. Dine at nearby restaurants, go wine tasting, play on the beach, explore hiking and biking trails, or simply enjoy your stay with family and friends at this magnificent property.

There are 6 spacious bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms providing comfortable accommodations for 12 adults plus 6 children. The expansive living and dining areas provide a wonderful gathering area overlooking the spacious backyard. The outdoor patio is designed for entertaining and is centered around a beautiful outdoor kitchen complete with pizza oven, BBQ and dining for 16. Also enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, regulation pickle ball court, bocce ball court, and basketball hoop. The garage game room provides a great hang out with pool table and ping pong to keep your group entertained. We had an amazing stay at the Canyon House!! Loved the hot tub and all the activities to do on the property. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. Would definitely stay again!

Great Property for a group

This was a fun and spacious place to enjoy a large get together. Lots of games, spacious cooking and eating areas, plenty of sleeping space, quiet country neighborhood close to SLO and Pismo.

What a great place! Conveniently located minutes from Arroyo Grande and San Luis Obispo. House is spacious, clean and well furnished. Yard and garden are amazing. Check-in easy and property management friendly.

Family gathering

We had 11 of us stay at the Canyon House and we had just and amazing time. The house it terrific, perfect for couples to have space but lots to do on the property and in the area overall. We highly recommend it and will likely stay there again!

Luxury Retreat for a Friends Reunion

Close to the Edna Valley wineries, this gated property was extremely clean and made for a wonderful stay. Five very nice bedrooms, 3 with attached bathrooms and one that shared a "jack & jill" bath, but there was also another 1/2 bath downstairs. Nicely appointed kitchen amenities. Very quiet and peaceful location. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure all was to our liking. We had a great reunion with five friends from around the country.

Relaxing, fun days with the sea and vineyards!

A beautiful, spacious home with entertainment for everyone, a wonderful kitchen and huge dining table. The checkin was flawless via text and a follow up call. Melissa made it clear she was there to help us if anything was needed. As the organizer of a multi family retreat, the process was so easy, all of the guests were wowed and everyone had a great time. A beautiful property with bocci ball, pickle ball, ping pong and pool! A great barbecue area, hot tub and patio table made our visit complete. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and professonalism of the host.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

This property was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty to do right at the house, which is what we’re doing really wanted. Ping-pong, pool table, bocce ball, pickle ball, pizza, oven, barbecue hot tub. It was very well appointed very clean the communications with the manager was spot on. We thought we needed help with an issue and the manager called us back right away and walked us through the situation. It was absolutely fantastic. Definitely would recommend this location and the people who helped us Dave and Melissa. If I had to nitpick, the only thing would be it’d be nicer to have a bigger hot tub since there was a lot of of us. And the Matt for the Pickleball court made the court really fast. I think I understand why they use that because of the noise for the neighbors. But really I would definitely wanna come back here again Even with all that said.
