With four private en-suite bedrooms (no shared walls), two living areas, and a large fenced backyard overlooking peaceful wetlands, this home was built for families and friends to relax without feeling on top of each other.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, you’re just a short walk or quick drive to the beach, restaurants, and Gulf State Park’s incredible trail system. There are two separate living areas, and 3 outdoor spaces with a front porch, back porch and back yard, plus an upper back porch deck. Parking spaces in front of the house for 4 vehicles. Fully fenced yard overlooking wetlands in the back - just incredible sunset views!

The back yard has a natural gas grill, and a natural gas firepit for easy backyard fun! We’ve stocked marshmallow roasting sticks for your s’mores making.

This home has one of the biggest yards in the neighborhood, and backs up to beautiful wetlands, that then back up to the Gulf State Park. We have absolutely fallen in love with this area and you will too. It’s the perfect balance of space and luxury, plus walkability! Right at the front of the neighborhood are two incredible restaurants, plus several more in walking distance. Even walking distance to Live Bait for live music and a nightclub. The beach is a half mile away with Romar public beach access. Walk if you’d like, or hop in the car and you’re there in no time at all. Use our supplied beach cart and toys!

USA Today recently named the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail the best recreational trail in the country for 2023. The Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail is an award-winning 28+ mile paved trail system that takes visitors throughout the 6,150 acres of Gulf State Park, and there are several access points right down the road from the house.

We’ve really tried to think of everything when stocking the kitchen and the rest of the house - enjoy big family meals at the huge dining room table! The house lends itself really well to two or even three families, and I’ve included floor plans so you can see the specific bed layouts in the photos. The furniture and artwork are all very high end. I love to design, and plan to spend time here myself with my family, so I wanted it to be beautiful.

We also have an 75” Roku TV in the Living Room, plus a 75” in the game room, 50” in the double bedroom, 43” in all the other bedrooms. You can stream whatever you like! I’ve stocked a Sonos portable speaker to take on the porches and to the firepit area as well.

In the neighborhood just down the street there’s a huge beautiful pool for you to use, and a putting green as well! We’ve stocked the house with pool and beach towels, and some beach toys, portable chairs and a cart. We’re situated right smack in the middle between Flora-Bama, and the Gulf Shores Hangout. I’ve tried them both and they are great for live music!

We’ve also put together a local guide that you’ll get when you check in. Don’t miss all the great seafood, and there’s a dolphin tour that I just couldn’t believe. Orange Beach Alabama combines southern hospitality, delicious fresh seafood, beautiful tall pine tree forests, wetlands, and the beach. The whole home is yours to enjoy, and there's a community pool, common areas, and putting green as well. Construction in the area is complete and it’s all beautiful!
