Go for a swim to the North Beach, which is just a 15 minutes away, or take a 9-minute ride to enjoy the nature and some peace and quiet in the Morningside Park.

The apartment is ready for your comfortable stay.

• Sofa bed in the living room comfortably accommodates 2 people;

• TV in the one of the bedrooms and living room;
• 2 bathrooms;
• Shared lounge area at the front of the property.
•This unit has no heating
•The communal Washer and Dryer are operated by coins.
• Limited parking space is available outside the building on a "first come first served" basis.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood of the Upper East Side, or MiMo (Miami Modern), District with other small townhouses. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and fast-food places (such as McDonald´s, Subway, Domino´s Pizza) are at your service within walking distance.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop on Biscayne Blvd or you can use transportation platforms such as Uber and Lyft.

Upon arrival, the apartment will be provided with basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day
