Living in a Colorado ski town at 9,000 feet, we love to have a beach house where we can escape the cold temps and enjoy the ocean. Sharing our home with other adventurous travelers is a great way to keep our house vibrant and in working order during the times we aren't there.

Why they chose this property

We first visited this area in 2010 and we love the community and the seclusion.

What makes this property unique

Our off grid home is designed with comfort and view in mind. The home sits at the top of the hill just off the beach, which provides an almost constant breeze and spectacular views. Look out over the treetops of the jungle, and scan across the horizon to see the mountains of the Sierra Madre Sur. Being off grid, our electricity comes from our solar system, which is substantial and backed up by a generator. Playa Mojon is just outside of the city and all-inclusive area of Huatulco. Far enough away to be in a very private, more rustic setting, but close enough to town that you will easily have everything you need.
We are sure that you will love it as much as we do!
