Dive into the fun at this two-story country-side home. My goal is to keep you entertained while also having a relaxing vibe for your getaway. Nestled just off the Bourbon Trail, Makers Mark and historic Bardstown are just a short drive. Proximity to Louisville and Lexington are great too! Jump into the pool during the Spring, Summer or Fall season! Our home sits on 3 acres so you will have plenty of yard space! Featuring a very open and spacious Master bedroom and then an additional 3 bedrooms in the basement! WiFi/Cable, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Golden Tee Arcade Machine, and all amenities. Friends or family, this will make for a fun trip all around!

I am local to the Springfield area! Although I live in Lexington, an hour away now, I still am very hands on with the property and typically drive down 3 days a week! I’ve been hosting for 5 years now and love the hospitality industry! I find it very rewarding when my guests leave and are satisfied with their stay! I am a perfectionist so I try to go above and beyond! Fun fact about my properties and I is that I go in behind my cleaners and prefer to be the last one in the house before a guest arrives so I know it meets their standards!
In my free time I love sports and hanging out with my two little dogs, Winston and Stanley! Huge UK fan and former alumnus of the university!

Proximity to everything! It makes for a great starting point when visiting the bourbon trail! Can really hit all the areas and is easily accessible!
What makes this property unique
It has to be the pool and games combo! I tried to recreate what I liked to do as a kid and an adult! So creating an atmosphere where adults and kids can both have fun!
