Look no further! This amazing, comfortable, and newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath condo has everything you need to experience local living. Enjoy an onsite community pool, a 5-minute stroll to the beach, or take a short 10-minute drive to downtown historic St. Augustine, Costa Life offers a prime location to do it all!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed. The living room sofa bed accommodates up to two more guests.

This clean and modern 2nd-floor condo also offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, dining area, washer, dryer, dishwasher, games, TV in every room, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach towels for your personal use. Within the complex, the condo is just steps from a beautiful private pool and outdoor lounge chairs. Just down the street is a community park with tennis courts and a playground. This condo is right in the middle of everything so no matter what you are here for this is the perfect home base.

A short walk to the beach, centrally located if you want to drive to other areas like historic Saint Augustine or farther north for some delicious restaurants. You really can’t get any closer to the beach without spending a lot more money, so this worked out well for us. The property was also spotless, which was great.

This condo is so cute! We loved the beach theme. The weather didn't cooperate so we didn't get to the pool and didn't spend much time at the beach. However it is a quick and safe walk to the beach, and that section of beach looked great for relaxing and swimming. There are also restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. The condo had everything we needed; we only used the kitchen to make coffee and a light breakfast. The beds were comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool and beach access is amazing. Beach life and historic St Augustine are both convenient. Beds were comfortable and the beach chairs/ umbrella/ cooler/ boogie boards were appreciated. My family had a great time! We would definitely stay again.
