308 Fido Sun Fun - Summer Sands Suites

This suite is located on the third floor with a private balcony overlooking our saltwater pool. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a Murphy style queen size bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, two-burner cook top and dishwasher. The basic pots and pans are provided. Free WIFI is included. Parking is limited to ONE car per condo and policy is strictly enforced. Daily maid service is offered and all linens and towels are included. The minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old. This condo does allow a maximum of 2 dogs. Please note that a pet fee and refundable pet deposit is required at check-in.

Wrightsville Beach

Enjoyed our stay as I moved my daughter’s stuff out of UNCW as she finished her sophomore year. Location was great, but the description mentioned bikes were available and they were not.

Perfect Spot

Great space, plenty of room for two. Very affordable and located in walking distance to several good restaurant/bars and across the street from public access for Wrightsville. For a place that allows pets, its is very clean. We'll be back!

Scouts Vacation

The property was a perfect getaway for me and my four legged companion Scout. I never saw Scout smile so much! We walked the beach 2 times a day for an hour. We went out to dinner and breakfast! Scout loved lying on the balcony to watch activity and squirrels running on the electrical wires. Overall we had a fantastic experience and truly considering returning in December 2024! ☺️🐶
