5 Stars cause the apartment had everything we needed, great price, accurate listing, comfortable beds & couches, parking passes, etc. However, I underestimated what it meant to stay in a collage town. If you’re staying here during the week it’s pretty chill, but the weekend was wild! Saturday night frat parties went all night, DJs, light shows, fireworks, all night. If you’re going there to party, this is the perfect location, if not, be prepared for extremely loud noise on the weekends, with DJ’s amping up the volume & fireworks starting around 2am.

The host was very helpful and responded quickly. We were in Columbus for a football game. The apartment is right in the hub of student off-campus housing and right next door to a fraternity house. WOW what a party!! The boys were very nice but the party was so loud I couldn’t hear the TV. Great location…blocks from High street. Definitely not high-end but worked for a quick football game weekend.
Me and my friends were very surprised on how close everything was to the apartment! Nice amenities and comfy home like space to be in, will definitely be back!
This property was right around the corner from my sons frat house so it worked out well for me. I will say there are a few things that need to be corrected in this house. The big rat trap right outside the front entry door is not a good look. The house smells like smoke pretty bad. Both bedrooms did not have a TV remote although they are all the ame TV brand so you can use the remote from the living room but that is not good if you have all 3 rooms occupied. The sheets and bedding were clean but the place is kinda beat up. Shower was a bit skeevy. One of the bedroom had b;linds that are damaged so you do not have any privacy from the main road. This place is very close to being really good but I think its a bit pricey for what you're getting currently. I would stay here again if it was just me but if I brought my wife I could not stay here again.
We learned this weekend to ask for outside photos. Once locked inside, we had a nice time. Outside we were off campus student housing. The garbage was all over, dumpsters overflowing, including maggots. We were shocked. To top off our stay, when we went to leave, we found a broken window where someone had attempted to break into our car.
I would definitely rent this unit again. Especially since now, I know some of the details that were left out of other reviews. so to help others, that might be considering it. The lock has a spinning cover that lets the door key work, and also a universal key. We were not told about it and our key didn't work, but infogured it out aftwr 20 mintes. Also. just be prepared that both bedrooms will be extremely bright. All night long as there are security lights that shine on the building that shine right into the windows. no curtains.
