About this property

Family Beach Getaway just minutes to the Gulf

You will be close to everything when you stay at this comfortable centrally-located home. Less than a 10 minute drive to the famous Indian Rocks Beach and multiple stores of all kinds. The home includes a few beach cruisers bikes, outside fire pit, badminton and cornhole. Comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen make this place the perfect get away, family home or couples getaway. Plenty of parking, washer and dryer, beach chairs/toys, internet, smart tv's and a fenced backyard too!
The space
Primary bedroom- king sized Tempur-pedic bed, 55inch smart tv, black out curtains.

Second bedroom: 2 Full-size beds

Back bedroom-
Twin daybed folds out to king, workspace/desk area, private bathroom, garage access, patio access.

Living room- plush sofa and loveseat with 55inch curved smart tv. High speed internet and blackout curtains for the lazier days.

Backyard- badminton, fire pit, cornhole covered sectional seating with table, ceiling fan and light. Propane BBQ

Garage- 3 adult sized bikes, two scooters and two children’s bikes. Beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels and misc outside toys.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and yard including garage. Currently there is NO garage parking due to bike storage. Two cars allowed in the driveway (one behind another) and up to three other cars allowed in the grassy parkway across the street. Road is nice and bright and very sleepy.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of towels in the wash
Strip the sheets off the beds that were slept in. Please don’t wash comforters.
Throw garbage, lock all doors and turn AC back to 78.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house is comfy and Clean! Kitchen is Well stocked with everything you could need. Quiet neighborhood with a private back yard for hanging out and just a quick drive to the beach. Perfect for a getaway weekend!

Great location

Perfect location near the beach. Good property, just smaller than expected. Worked well since some had to drop at last minute. Would recommend for closeness to beach and eating.

Quick getaway

House was in great shape. 15 minutes from Clearwater beach, Clearwater aquarium, and a gem of a beach Indian Rock Shore. We had a family of 5 with a couple pets and all felt welcome. Great hospitality. Would recommend.

Family Weekend

We travelled for my son's USF graduation, my parents and siblings came, and it was a perfect weekend. The house matches everything on the description, it was just perfect for us. It's a great, quiet and safe neighborhood. Very clean. We had no issues at all!! Communication was great and very responsive to any requests or questions I had. My family enjoyed it so much. Easy to access, so close to Clearwater and restaurants. Location is perfect, neighborhood is quiet, and house was amazing. Everything we needed to have a stress free, relaxing and celebratory weekend! Will definitely come back. Thank you so much!!!

Nice Summer Getaway

Overall, really great stay and would recommend. The house is in a nice location not far from the beach and other attractions. It was very clean and pretty well maintained. Plenty of sleeping accommodations for up to seven people - there was four of us. The foam mattress of the master bed was a little too firm for my wife, but otherwise no issues for the rest of us. A/C was a little annoying, presumably due to pre-programming. It seemed to reset to 85 degrees in the middle of night. With the high heat and humidity, we had to run the ceiling fans to stay cool. The bedrooms in particular were warm. Kitchen was well stocked with basic needs. Dining area would've been tight but we ate out everyday. There was an issue with the bathtub not draining properly. We appreciated the WiFi. Also make sure to shut the front door all the way or else it'll start beeping.

We would have given a rating of Very Good if that was option. The location of the house is excellent with a quick 10 minute drive to the beach. The host was very accommodating making recommendations for our stay. Cute coastal vibe inside and a nice outdoor porch that allows you to enjoy the weather.
