This is an older condo which means that the living area was huge, loved how roomy it was in the living room. Well stocked with toilet paper trash bags and paper towels. Plenty of towels for the time we stayed. Just open the sliding door and you can hear the ocean, the walkway to the ocean was right out our back door. The living room furniture is what sold me to book here and it was so comfortable. Autumn took great care of anything I needed during our stay. We will come back here next fall..

This property while a little outdated on the outside was a gem of a property. Condo was clean and inviting with a spectacular view of the ocean and sunrise from your balcony! Recommend staying here

Very relaxing stay

The condo was very clean and in great condition. we had a very comfortable stay. The beach was uncrowded and the water was warm. Would have liked to have a bigger balcony but we enjoyed it just the same. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent beach front vacation

We had a fabulous Christmas vacation enjoying the clean beach out front and the comfy rental. The complex is small which meant we could enjoy the area and ocean without the crowd of other guests. Plenty of room to stretch out in the rental and the sounds of waves could be heard all day. We loved it.

Beachfront getaway

The property may not seem like much from the road but once you get inside and open the balcony shutters your breath will be taken away. There is no better View than the one you'll have. You can watch the sunrise every morning stare at the ocean while you cook your meals. It really felt like we were on a private beach for the majority of our stay. The water was beautiful and clear, sand was soft, four Turtle nests were just in front of us, lots of Birds to watch, and everything you need for shopping and dining and last minute items you forgot we're just up the road. The hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries or problems. The on-site laundry was not expensive and was a great bonus. We would definitely return to this property.

Vacation paradise

This was our family's second stay at the Riviera Club. From the initial booking to the day of departure, the process was a smooth sail. The condo was just as described online. We enjoyed the acommodations with amazing balcony views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises every day. The area that the property is located has something to do for all walks of life. We will not soon forget the great time we had and look forward to many future vacations at this property.

Prefect location and property

We had nice getaway! Beach was very private. This is actually a beach front property with view from bedroom and living room and Kitchen. Lots of grocery stores closer to this property. Kitchen has pots, pans, cups etc needed for the cooking. There are 2 bathrooms but shower works only in one bathroom another has bath tub and shower did not work; may be that's intentional. We had a great time!

Florida Tech move in

Rented hear to stay beachside while moving my daughter in for her sophomore year at Tech. Very quiet property. Communication was good. The unit was clean and well stocked on arrival. Nice pool with plenty of seating. If you want to have a resort style bar you can walk 300’ to the Hilton next door but I enjoy the quieter complex..would definitely stay again

Perfection!

This property was absolutely perfect! The location was unbeatable! Literally steps from the beach and a pristine swimming pool. Everything was beautiful and very well maintained, inside and out. The unit was very well supplied with kitchen equipment, towels for both bathrooms and the beach, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers, and more beach toys/chairs/umbrellas than we could have dreamed. The condo complex, while clearly not new, was well maintained and quiet. The view from our unit could not have been better! The location of the condo was very convenient. I would return to this location in a heartbeat!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Winter visit

Our 6 week stay went so well. The condo was spotless when we arrived, and we found the kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials, dishes and glasses. The hosts were generous in providing us with coffee/tea, soaps, and shampoo for our first week. We especially liked using the walk-in shower, but both bathrooms are functional and have good water pressure. The king bed was very comfortable too. The air conditioner went out while we were there. I reached out to the hosts and heard back within 5 minutes. The HVAC company was immediately called and a time scheduled for the fix the following day. You can’t get better assistance than that! We spent a fair amount of time watching the ocean and space launches from our balcony. The view cannot be beat both from the living room and from the master bedroom. Our biggest decision each day was whether to have a beach day or a pool day. The heated pool was a treat, and we spent lots of time swimming in it. The other owners/renters at this location are very polite. Everyone is so respectful and helpful with each other. We were especially lucky enough to meet the hosts during our stay. They treated us like friends from the start, and gave us lots of super recommendations for places to eat dinner. We feel very lucky to have found this condo. We will be back!

Stunning rental unit provided panoramic views and unrivaled beach access

The unit was very clean and check in was a breeze. We found the unit well stocked with kitchen equipment, towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, kids beach toys, umbrellas, etc. My wife, daughter and I had a 5-star experience at this location and it couldn’t be more convenient for a young family. Highly recommend!

Best Family Vacation

The property was well equipped and clean. The location of the property was much better than I expected and the access to the beach and pool is better than I've ever experienced. The location of the property to food, shopping and site seeing was really nice also. Overall a great location and experience for me and my family. I highly recommend this property for 6 or less people.
