Welcome to Mango Breeze!

Mango Breeze is a spacious 3 bedroom/ 3 bath main floor condo in Cruz Bay. 3 minute drive to car fairy and a 10 minute walk to town. Walk to town is not easy as there are hills- some prefer the walk while others prefer to rent a car. Parking is directly outside of front door- no steps to climb while bringing in luggage, groceries, etc. If you decide to forego renting a car and walk, chances are you will see peacocks and maybe some goats, but definitely chickens!

Amazing views of the Caribbean Sea will greet you upon entering the villa. Be prepared to gasp as you realize this is your new normal for the week! Once inside and to the left you will find bedroom #1 with two queen beds, a 55” tv, and an en-suite bathroom. To the right of the foyer is bedroom #2 with one king size bed, a 42” tv, and an adjoining bathroom that is also accessible from the foyer.

As you continue walking toward the view, you enter the open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room (with 55” TV). Open the the 2 sets of sliders and windows for an amazing ocean breeze that will have you breathing deeply with gratitude. Kitchen well appointed and has everything you need to enjoy a meal at home.

To the left of the great room is the master suite with king size bed, 55” tv, and en-suite bathroom. Wake up to the luxurious view of the ocean through the slider as you contemplate what beach will be on the agenda for the day.

The bedrooms and great room each have an independently controlled air conditioner for you to adjust to your personal taste.

The true gem of Mango Breeze is the patio. The largest and most unobstructed deck of all Mango Terrace condos, the patio is 600 ft with a mesmerizing view from every angle and enough space for everyone to enjoy their own slice of heaven. Enjoy your meals on the patio dining table (private chef while watching the sunset is always a stellar choice), relax in the outdoor living area, read a book on one of the two chaise lounges, or sit at the high top table for two. The choice is yours. If you tire of the views of the ocean, surrounding islands (St. Croix, St James, Little St James, St Thomas, etc), or the car ferry making its way between St Thomas and our beautiful rock, you may gaze down at the pool before deciding to go down and experience how the view looks from there!

One thing is for certain. While the inside of the villa is an amazing place to call home during your stay, you did not come to paradise to be indoors. The patio is where you will long to be while you are at Mango Breeze!

For your beach outings we have beach towels, books, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and Yeti/ RTIC coolers for your convenience.

This was our second time staying at Mango Breeze, and it was just as comfortable as the last time. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our fresh fish dinners, and the host was always quick to respond and go above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Thanks a bunch!

We had a great stay at Mango Breeze! The place was very clean, well stocked with everything you need including shampoo, conditioner, beach chairs, snorkel gear and coolers for the beach! The beds were very comfortable, and the A/C in each room was very nice and worked great. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked, and the terrace was one of our favorite spots. Truly one of the best sunset views on the island! It was very close to town, easily walking distance which made it very easy to not have to worry about parking at night time. The hill is steep but doable, we laughed each night climbing back up, it was worth it! Would definitely book again!!

A Great Stay!

We loved our stay here. The property was very clean and had all the comforts of home, which is so nice when traveling with an infant. A quick, steep, walk into/out of town but very doable! We will definitely come back!

Great views and location

We loved our stay at Mango Breeze. It had all the amenities you could need. The views were amazing. We got a great workout climbing the hill from town each day. Would stay there again.

Awesome Stay at Mango Breeze

We loved our stay at Mango Breeze. The views from the deck are amazing! Everything you could need is included, from cooking items to beach chairs, coolers and snorkel gear. Other reviews mention the walk into town, we certainly got a great workout but it isn't too bad. Can't wait to come back, we would stay there again.

Lovely villa close to town, yes there is a steep hill to climb but we tackled it. Villa is well stocked with everything you need, beach chairs, backpack cooler, kitchen items. Best of all was the balcony and views! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time at Mango Breeze! The hill to get up is steep but is definitely doable, you can easily do it in sandals. The view is amazing, and everything was super clean! Would stay here again!!

Wonderful trip

Our group had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful condo. The location is great and we walked into Cruz Bay for drinks and dinner every night. The condo was well equipped and the beach chairs, towels and coolers were much appreciated. One of the highlights of our trip was spending time on the patio each morning and evening enjoying the amazing views.

Amazing

We stayed with our two adult children and their girlfriends. We really enjoyed mango Terrace. The rooms were large and had comfortable beds and we all had our own bathroom. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we were able to enjoy many family meals. The terrace had several different seating areas to enjoy the sunset or take a nap in the afternoon. The hill is steep, but it is very doable and made it fun.Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Graduation Getaway

Getting to it is not the easiest especially on foot but the beautiful view from the balcony is worth the hassle. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has all you need to cook. Being able to have access to noodles, snorkel equipment, beach chairs & towels sure simplifies things. Chico was nice to work with for transportation. Planning for our next stay already!

50th Birthday!!

We had the most perfect stay at Mango Breeze for my 50th. It was super convenient to everything we had planned to do- boat excursions leaving out of Cruz Bay, grocery shopping, restaurants, shopping , and all the beaches. We had great views from our balcony and enjoyed every second of being out there. The island lost power a few times on our last night and the generator kicked right in and was wonderful to have. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, towels, and many other necessities that made life so easy. We had a wonderful time during out stay at Mango Breeze!

Amazing place and top notch stay!

I can't say enough good things about the property, location and overall experience. The condo is pristine and amply supplied with everything you ever need (inside the property or during trips across the island). The 2 negatives I read about on my research were the parking and walk to town. The parking was super easy if you follow the directions from the property owners. The walk to town was an exercise uphill but was only a block at the steepest part and helped to justify key lime pie or ice cream after dinner :) I would highly recommend this location!!

As Pictured

Condo was exactly as pictured and very very clean. Large, beautifully furnished, well equipped, everything you would want for a nice stay. From snorkel gear to bathroom toiletries, beach chairs, coolers and toys, the place was very well stocked. We had a little issue while we were there, but property manager forwarded to owner and they reached out right away to rectify. It was very appreciated! You can tell they take great pride in their place which makes it great to stay in!

All that and then some!

We stayed here with our 4 adult children and had the best time. The property was very roomy and clean with a great patio. Many of the VRBO’s we have stayed at give you the very minimum for supplies. Not Mango Breeze! There was more than enough coolers, beach chairs, dishwashing detergent, Toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The kitchen had everything you needed as well. It’s a short walk to town, a very hilly one but doable if you’re in decent shape. We only rented a car one day. We took a taxi everywhere. They are very easy to obtain. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful View Great Condo

The condo itself is fabulous. Very comfortable and felt like home for the week. It was perfect for our family of 7 that visited for a week. We've visited many times and stayed at many places on the island. The location is nice, but that hill took some getting use to. That's the only reason I gave one less star for location. It is convenient, I'd recommend staying there, and I'd stay there again. But I strongly disliked that hill. We appreciated all the beach towels, bath towels, pillows, snorkel gear (we only used the flippers), noodles, and coolers. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice glasses and plates, silverware, etc... We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great stay, and obvious that the owners truly want to share and have you enjoy their lovely condo.

The best St. John Vacation!

The property was spectacular! The facility was very well equipped with everything and anything we needed. The views are incredible! Our family and friends could not be more pleased with the experience. If there was one thing that was a challenge for us was accessing the building from the roads, although we could park directly in front of the door, and yes, there were no steps to deal with the pitch of the road and the driveway on each side of the building were very difficult to navigate as we are all older and have physical issues. That is the only thing I could possibly draw a negative about the balance of the experience was the best in our life. Thank you so much.

The perfect week at Mango Breeze

Mango Breeze is an A+ property. We really enjoyed our beautiful vacation on St. John. This property is perfectly located near Cruz Bay so you can walk into town and it’s a short drive to some of the best beaches in the world. This condo had everything we needed for our family of five. The owners have thought of every detail, even providing some snacks when we arrived. They treated us like valued guests, not renters. It was so nice to have everything we needed like nice linens and towels, every kitchen utensil you can think of and beach chairs and coolers to take to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the shared pool and mostly had it to ourselves. They keep it very clean. I can’t say enough about the wonderful terrace space where we spent most of our time. The views are spectacular! It was very hard to leave Mango Breeze but hopefully we’ll get back to the island soon. Thank you to the hosts and owners for a very beautiful and memorable vacation.

Fabulous condo, great location

Very happy with our time in this condo! The condo was very well stocked, lots of towels, chairs, coolers, sunscreen, bug spray, snorkel gear. I could have packed lighter and really taken advantage of what was available at the condo. Kitchen also well stocked, more than enough plates, glasses, etc. for our group of 8. Even with a large group we did not feel cramped in the bedrooms or the living space. The balcony is really amazing though - we spent lots of time there morning and evening. Communication with David/Julie before and during the stay was easy. Cab recommendations (Piper!) were great. They approved provisioning with landlubber as well. Shannon was very helpful at check in and rolled with our missed connections and late arrival. The walk requires the right shoes, but we walked to town several times and were happy to get some steps in. The walkable location allowed our group the flexibility to split up for activities. Also did not have a problem getting taxis as needed. Overall very happy and would stay again.

Perfect condo on the perfect island

This was our 5th time back to St. John but our first time staying in Cruz Bay and what a place this is! Before arrival, the owners are in touch working on the arrival arrangements. Shannon, the property manager will meet you at the condo and make sure that you are comfortable and settled in. She is a gem! Any question or concern we had, she was a quick text away and her response time is FAST! Even with restaurant and store recommendations. The condo itself is perfect! Beds are comfortable, plenty of linens, beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, books, games, etc! The outdoor patio is where this place shines! The biggest outdoor patio of the complex, it spans with entire condo with breathtaking views of the water. We absolutely LOVED this place. A quick 5 minute walk into Cruz Bay- there is some serious hill climbing when walking back to the condo from town but it adds to the experience! I would 100% stay in this condo again. Well done!!!

Loved our stay

I picked this property because I needed 3 bedrooms since I was bringing my two daughters and their significant others. The property rests on a hill, walking distance from Cruz Bay town center and has beautiful views of the water. It is also walking distance to the Starfish market. Check-in was extremely easy. A couple of days before our check-in date, Doug reached out with directions on what to do. He arranged for a greeter, Jeanine, who was lovely and very helpful, to meet us upon our arrival. She showed us around the property, answered questions, etc. This property was the most well equipped property I’ve ever stayed at. The owners had a very thoughtful welcome package in the refrigerator. There was anything you could want for the beach…towels, chairs, coolers, floaty things. The kitchen had spices, a cheese grater, colander and a whole assortment of plates, bowls, cups, cookware and knives. There has been lots of chatter about the steep hill that this villa is on. I’m a healthy, active 60-something, and I had no problems. But if your mobility isn’t great, I can see that walking from town could be a challenge. Overall lovely place, responsive property managers. Definitely worth the stay!

Amazing Stay at Mango Breeze

What a wonderful stay we had at Mango Breeze! The villa is just as described and pictured, if not better. Very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with amazing panoramic views. The villa was very clean, bright, well-appointed and beautifully coastally decorated (loved the artwork!). This was our second trip to STJ. The last time we stayed in a villa in the hills of Chocolate Hole and this time we were excited to stay in a place a little closer to town, so we had the ability to walk. We travelled a variety of ways to get around town and the island utilizing taxi, a rental car and walking. Walking to town is a very doable 10-minute walk (the longer but less steep hilly way) if you don't mind some gradual hills. The villa comes equipped with all of your beach needs including chairs, floaties, toys and coolers which we utilized daily! The villa terrace was stunning and the best one by far in the small condo complex. It was huge with both covered and open spaces. Our group enjoyed morning coffees, afternoon happy hour and late-night conversations on the terrace. The pool looked clean and lovely, but we did not use it as we spent our days at the beach or on the water. Communication with the owners leading up to our stay was excellent and our villa greeter was lovely and welcoming. Our group cannot say enough about this villa. The condition, cleanliness, location and views were top notch. STJ has become a yearly visit for us and we will definitely be back at Mango Terrace!

Very good communication from the host and welcoming upon arrival. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The kitchen had everything we needed, extremely well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots & pans and small appliances. Towels provided for the pool and beach, plus coolers. The binder of local restaurants and things to do was helpful. Amazing views from the expansive deck. The pool was very nice and clean. The unit is within walking distance to town but definitely a hilly walk. Will look to stay here again. The hosts were very helpful too and excellent communication.
