This beautiful townhome is located near the downtown Dallas area, just minutes away from some of the city's best attractions (AT&T Performing Arts Center, Dallas Symphony, American Airlines Center, various museums, parks, live music venues, upscale dining, etc). The house is also just 5 minutes drive from Lowest Greenville Ave, which is one of the most desirable areas in all of Dallas, with a plethora of entertainment and dining options. Last but not least, AT&T stadium is less than 20 min away, so you can take in a Cowboys game or NCAA football.
