Is at the Pool's edge offers views of the large pond, seating Hot Tub, TV & so much more!

OUTSIDE KITCHEN
Is under the Pavilion offering a Refrigerator, stainless steel commercial sink, a 26 foot U shaped bar with bar stools & more... and located near this area, is a large Charcoal Grill.

OPTIOAL HOT TUB
Large 7 - 8 Person Hot Tub under the Pavilion so no matter what the weather conditions, you can be enjoying this area.

We pride ourselves on offering safe, clean properties & amenities. In order to do this, when it comes to the Large 7 - 8 person Hot Tub, there is a good deal of added expense, time, labor, & resources going into Preparing the Hot Tub. Not all of our bookings use it & it is not fair to pass this cost on to every booking. We are fully aware our competition doesn't do the complete cleaning between guests that we do; but we feel we would be remiss if we didn't. For this reason, it's an "Optional" Amenity. For those guests who wish to have the use of the Hot Tub, they will pay $125 plus taxes.

HOUSE UPPER LEVEL
When you enter from the front door, you'll find yourself in a small foyer giving you the choice to go up a short staircase or down a short staircase to the lower level. Going up, you'll find yourself in the Living Room.

LIVING ROOM
Offers a huge sectional sofa w/sofa bed, sleeps up to 2 people, TV. Just off the Living Room through French doors, is the Dining Room.

DINING ROOM
Offers sitting for 8 people and opens up into the Kitchen.

KITCHEN
Is well stocked with cooking & eating utensils, small appliances, and more. Kitchen Amenities include Dishwasher, Stove, Double Wall Oven (basically 3 ovens), microwave, Refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser. The Kitchen also has an exterior door that opens to a small balcony / catwalk with stairs to access the side backyard... this balcony / catwalk offers great views of the pond, yard and pool. To avoid Kitchen / Dining congestion, from the Kitchen you can exit kitchen near the top of the stairs / by the Living room... from here down a hallway you'll find:

LARGE BEDROOM #1
This is the Master Bedroom & has a private bathroom w/double sink & closet. Bedroom offers great views of the pool area, backyard & pond. It has 2 Queen Beds & can sleep up to 4 people.

LARGE BEDROOM #2
The bedroom offers 2 Full over Full bunk beds each w/a twin trundle. A total of 6 beds, counting 1 person in each of the top Full size bunk beds, 2 people in each of the lower Full size beds, & 1 person in each of the Twin trundles, can sleep up to 8 people.

2 FULL BATHROOMS
On this Upper Floor... As already mentioned there is a Full Bathroom with double sink adjacent to the 1st Bedroom. In addition, there is a Full Bathroom in the Hall, just across from the 2nd Bedroom.

HOUSE LOWER LEVEL
From the upper level, you can choose to take the stairs down to the lower level or choose to enter from the rear of the house, under the 2 car carport.

GAME ROOM
Entering from the Carport you'll enter into the Game Room where you'll find a pool table and more...

KITCHENETTE
The kitchenette / Den is separated by French doors from the Game Room.(As of July, still a work in progress when complete)
it will have dishwasher & microwave & other features on your way to the Den.

THE DEN
It's an open concept, with the Kitchenette area opening to the Den offering a great area for sitting & relaxing while visiting or watching TV.

BEDROOM #3
Is down a short hallway from the Den, has a King size bed, huge closet & a folding bed should you need room for one more. This room will sleep up to 3 people.

BEDROOM #4
Is at the end of the hallway, also has a King Size bed. This room will sleep up to 2 people & also has access to the carport.

BEDROOM #5
Off the Hallway, offers 2 full beds configured as 1 bunk bed, sleeping up to 3 people.

FULL BATH
Off the hallway on this level with walk in shower & lg vanity w/double sink.

LAUNDRY ROOM
3 sets of Washers/Dryers!

1/2 BATH
Can be found under Carport w/Combo Washer/Dryer

From refrigerators, to ovens, to microwaves, AC units to Washer / Dryers, we believe in having our guests needs provided for & giving more than what is expected.

MOBILITY CHALLENGED?
This split level design allows mobility challenged guests to enter from the back of the house. The lower level offers a full bathroom with walk-in shower, 3 Bedrooms, den, game room, & small kitchenette area. For the mobility challenged, there is no need to go upstairs, but I would not say the house is "Handicap Accessible" for a wheelchair. Some doorways are narrow and there are thresholds that would be challenging for a wheelchair, but those with a walker or knee issues, they should keep this house as a good option for a large group w/ up to a few mobility challenged people.

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!
Less than 8 miles from the Gulf's beaches & while located on a cul-de-sac in a residential neighborhood because of its large property footprint, fencing, & location you'll feel like you're in your own private Oasis.

NEED MORE ROOM?
Combined, these 2 amazing River Front properties located on the Biloxi River, in the city limits of Gulfport, will sleep up to 43 people, in 28 beds.

They are not next to each other but within easy walking distance.
Add the Hidden Escape & these 3 houses can accommodate up to 65 people in 42 beds, 3 houses with 14 bedrooms & a huge sleeper loft!

Currently the Hidden Escape is limited to 8 or so parking spaces (we looking to add another driveway), the Great Escape is not. If you book more than one house, while people counts are contractually limited to those booked to stay at that booked house, the exception is when multiple houses are booked with the Great Escape River House, which offers entertainment, sitting, parking, and more areas for larger groups than the house can sleep.

FLOOR PLAN
I completely get that it's hard from the photos to see if the Vacation Rental will work for your stay. Because of that, I've created floor plans for each of my Vacation Rentals. That way you can see, before booking where each room is, its location to the bathrooms, etc. The only surprises I want my guests to experience is that the house was more amazing than they expected.

NOTE:
This house is a Perfect place for Spiritual or Business Retreat, Golfer’s Groups (15 Individual Beds), Friends or Family Get away. It's hard for a listing site’s Rate Software to give an accurate quote for every inquiry. That said it does work well for the following Scenarios...

Posted Rates are based:

- 4 or more nights Booked, if the stay includes a Friday or Saturday Night

- No check-in’s or outs on a Saturday

- Summer ideally the check-in or out will be a Sunday

PEOPLE COUNT
Indicated on the VRBO Inquiry or booking Form, both Adult & Children, represents the entire group, including ALL overnight guests (adult & children) and visiting guests.

People Count does not refer to just those spending the night. The investment in this amazing home, to make it a small private resort, is barely tied up in bedding. Other vacation homes will restrict visitors by their size, parking, condo security, etc. At this house, we require full disclosure of all guests to this house and to be fairly compensated, per guest, over the count the rate is based on.

PETS?
Pet fee is paid, Per Pet, and the Pet Policy is adhered to. 1 Dog under 20 lbs. is pre-approved, any other Pets will need to be approved and not all are, please get your Pet approval in advance.
