**More & professional pictures to come!** Gorgeous craftsman styled home on Poyntz! Across the street from City Park! Quick walk down Poyntz or to Aggieville. Short drive to KSU Campus. Perfect place for weekend getaway with entire family or friends. Fun people watching porch that overlooks Poyntz Avenue. Home is fully stocked and can accommodate you whether you want to take advantage of the kitchen and dining space, or just need a cool place to stay as you spend your time exploring Manhattan!
This is our home that we recently bought and are excited to share with you! We will have our personal belongings out of the bedrooms, but ask that you leave alone any other cabinets that may have things in them. Feel free to use anything in the kitchen that you need.
**Please be aware that we are in the process of doing some updates to the bathroom. It is fully functioning, we just have not finished the tile above the shower surround. There is a little trim missing behind the toilet as well.
