Stretch out and unwind at the spacious Rustic River Retreat! This home is brand new construction, designed with a unique style and only steps from the beautiful Ginnie Springs. The house features a huge fenced in yard with private gate, back patio, fire pit, grill and outdoor TV. There is a private master suite, and the oversized living room hosts plenty of seating. The open kitchen/dining/living with half bath and vaulted ceilings is the perfect setting for entertaining and social gatherings.

Beautiful house right near the springs. Very spacious with all the amenities you need. We loved hanging out by the fire pit at night and enjoying the sunsets. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway!

This property has a casual elegance that invites use - open plan with large dining area, oversized couch & big screen tv, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds & linens. We made good use of the outdoor areas, including the charcoal grill and wood burning fire pit. High Springs is just minutes away and offered a variety of restaurants for meals out. The entire property is large, well maintained, and secured by a fence with front gate. This gave us an added peace of mind regarding the safety of our dogs and allowed us to give them a little more 'freedom" than they normally would have when we travel. Natasha is a great host & quick to respond. A great time had by all, in a beautiful part of North Florida. Looking forward to our next stay at The Rustic River Retreat!
