Stunning 2B 2B Condo w/a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf and State Park Fishing Pier. Updated w/new paint and Furniture. We are within walking distance to all activity in GS such as the Festivals and Hangout, shopping and restaurants. We provide Beach equipment and all the essentials so you can have an awesome vacation! Relaxing and Family Friendly complex sitting on the Gorgeous White Sand Beaches.
This complex boasts a big pool. There is a large lounging area next to the grilling area with tables and chairs so you can enjoy dinners outside there or on your private balcony. Also ice machine, soda machine and snacks. PARKING PASS is included in cleaning fee.

Island Sunrise - A Must Stay

We've stayed many times and location, restaurants, and entertainment are all within walking distance. Plus beach access is perfect and convenient.

Unit is smaller than the photos appear, but clean and well stocked and decorated. My family took the room with the kids bunk and queen bed and it was cool in there and temp adjusted well with the thermostat, the king bedroom did not. My sister and her family said their room was extremely hot compared to the rest of the unit. Some of our favorite things about the unit was the private pool, we were never at the pool with more than 2 families at a time, but most of the time it was just us. Close access to the beach. No bathrooms at the pool which would be hard if you were a single mom with kids. It would require you to go back to the condo for potty breaks with your kids. Overall location is amazing, the beds were very comfortable, the linens were clean, and the condo was great for our stay.
