Escape to the peace and beauty of the countryside in our charming home, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Enjoy access to 30 private acres for hunting and fishing, along with direct access to the Canisteo River. Three kayaks are available for your use, making it easy to explore the water at your own pace.

Unwind by our large pool (open May 20 – September 5), complete with a shaded pergola—perfect for sunbathing or lounging with a good book. For outdoor fun, take advantage of the horseshoe pit and badminton setup. Ample indoor and outdoor seating makes this home ideal for gatherings of any kind.

Inside, you’ll find a well-stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, cookware, and a coffee maker—just bring your favorite foods, beverages, and morning brew. We provide one set of linens per guest, but please remember to bring your own pool towels.

While there is no cell service at the property, our Wi-Fi ensures you can still stay connected.

We are located near the Finger Lakes Wine Trails, the Corning Museum of Glass, and many other local attractions—making this the perfect home base for your adventures.

Being in the countryside, you may encounter nature—please don’t leave food outside overnight.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash any used dishes
Trash receptacle is to be taken to end of driveway every Sunday night for trash pick-up and at end of stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No standing on the side of the pool. No glassware allowed on pool deck, plastic only.
All garbage to be removed from home and put in the outside bins, if your stay falls on a Saturday please roll bins to the end of the driveway
Empty all food from refrigerator. Strip all linens and towels and pile in the laundry room at check out.

We all had an amazing time! The kids and family absolutely loved watching the train go by, swimming in the pool, s'mores by the fire, kayaking the river and so much more! We had a wonderful stay! We were provided with everything we could have needed. There are air conditioners and TVs in every room, which was a nice addition. Plenty enough room for a gathering. Super comfy stay and will definitely be here again on our next trip to Corning Glass Museum.
