The Space:

Welcome to our stunning large house located in the heart of Chacras de Coria, Mendoza. This beautiful property features 7 spacious bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and ample living space to accommodate up to 19 guests.



If you rent our accommodation, you get two hours of daily cleaning included to keep your kitchen and bathrooms sparkling clean, as well as your beds made!



We also offer to take your grocery orders, stock your refrigerator, or light the fire for your barbecue!



The house has various social spaces, from terraces and galleries, a huge pool full of sun and a large barbecue area with space to accommodate all diners. Within this space, there is a covered jacuzzi to enjoy both in summer and winter.



With its sleek design and modern amenities, our house provides the perfect retreat for families, friends, or colleagues looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation in one of Argentina's most picturesque regions.



Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.

For transportation to and from Mendoza Airport, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.
