We chose this quiet residential area in Cannes because it perfectly combines peace and convenience. It’s elevated with stunning sea views, yet only a few minutes by car (or a pleasant walk) from the famous Croisette, the sandy beaches, restaurants, shops, and public transport.
The scene:
Imagine waking up to panoramic Mediterranean views, having breakfast on the large private terrace while watching the boats sail by, and enjoying the calm of a residential neighborhood with greenery all around. In the evening you can see the lights of Cannes and the Esterel mountains twinkling in the distance.
What we enjoy most:
The wonderful balance: absolute tranquility and fresh sea air at home, but in just 5-10 minutes you’re in the heart of Cannes’ vibrant life — the Croisette, the beaches, the markets, and the best restaurants. It’s ideal for those who want to relax without being isolated, and perfect during the Cannes Film Festival or for a romantic or family getaway.
We love living between the sea and the hills — it truly feels like paradise!
