We are walking distance to town, plenty of shopping, restaurants, bath house, trails and the park. I love Cacapon Park, it is 10 miles down the road. There is so much to do in Berkeley Springs. You'll have to keep coming back!

Very cozy and in town of Berkeley Springs. We were very satisfied with the accommodations. Very plush bathroom towels. We would definitely stay there again.

The place was clean and absolutely perfect for what we needed it for . Bedrooms were clean, the house was beautiful and I love that it smells like ice cream. Will definitely stay again!

Eddies place

Accommodations were simple, just a room in an upstairs with a common room for the other rooms to gather or play a game. Bathroom was modern and clean. Location to the town of Berkeley Springs was perfect to walk anywhere in town. Will stay again.

Weekend getaway.

We stayed the weekend to go antiquing. We enjoyed our stay in this quaint little town and especially liked the convenience of having an ice cream bar downstairs! Loved the lavender flavor. Thank you Sandy.

Lovely location and cute room. There is no kitchen or kitchen sink and the dining area is a separate, communal room.

No Signage

It was a very cute and clean place. The problem was trying to find it. The name is no where to be found and we drove around. Even telling us it’s above the ice cream shop would have helped. The main description was a French door and a wreath. Other than that, good location and clean.
