ILIKAI BUILDING NOTICE — July 9, 2025
Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building in effect. Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 5) will be restricted from approximately August 2026, to October 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also be aware that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own)

Dissatisfied experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment had roaches. Had to leave bathroom light on every night so they wouldn't come out and had to place all groceries on living room center table. Afraid to leave anything on counter tops. Living room sofa extremely dirty. Overall run down dirty apartment. Not very pleasant. Main pool closed the majority of our stay too. I emailed and no follow up.

We appreciate you emailing us about these concerns, and while we deeply regret not replying to your email with updates on the treatments, we checked with our maintenance team, and they confirmed that the condo was professionally treated for pests on 10/23/25 (just three days before your check-in) and added extra bait after you contacted us to ensure thorough eradication. Our company conducts regular pest control treatments to maintain our properties. It is important to note that Hawaii's tropical climate is conducive to the presence of insects, and your understanding of this natural occurrence is appreciated. Rest assured, we're addressing both cleanliness and pest control measures immediately to prevent any recurrence and maintain the exceptional quality our guests expect. Mahalo!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally it was good. but need to change as below.-.bed frame was not good whenever lay down make noisy. -.found hair on the bed, shower room.-.shampoo, body lotion was not enough for staying 1 week.It was good for providing beach chairs ,parasol umbrella( please advertise)
