About this space
Entire Villa located in peaceful, private, beautiful community, minutes away from beaches and glowing waters of the bioluminescent lagoon. Well equipped and clean. In the premises, there are kids and adult pool, kids playground, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. Strategically located minutes from the most beautiful beaches, historical Cabezas de San Juan, glowing waters, El Yunque, easy access to water taxi to Icaco and Palomino, and to the Ferry to Culebra and Vieques.
The space
You will have access to floors #1 and #2, this means that there are stairs. You are responsible for the correct use of stairs. The first floor includes kitchen, half bathroom, dinning and living room, tv, patio. The second floor includes two bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Nice place and quiet

Decorate as an hotel and with all the facilities you need for cooking, access to pool, near beaches of Fajardo and Luquillo, clean, organize and owners respond quick.

We are a 50-ish couple, grandparents to five beloved grandkids, we enjoy getting to know new people and hanging out at the beach. We love nature and feel amazed by glowing waters... We are very excited to host you and we will make our best to make your experience a memorable one. When traveling, we like to stay at short-term rentals. As guests in someone else's home, we abide by the host's rules, and we expect you to abide by our house rules. Many times we travel in large family groups, this is why we understand that people like to get together. Should you have any request or concern, please talk to us, if possible, we will accommodate you to the best of our capability.
