Home near the Beach w/ Hot-tub and Movie Room

Welcome! Our Home is centrally located in the city of Fort Pierce; the beach is just 5 minutes away!
We’ve made our home very cozy for families and the perfect getaway. Amongst the amenities there is a living room able to accommodate the entire family for a Superball game day; all inclusive with a minibar nearby. Also, what better way to relax than by leaving your kids in the movie room while you watch them from the jacuzzi window?
And at night? Enjoy some marshmallow by the fireplace!
The space
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, with a cozy living room, and a minibar.
-2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one it’s a tub.
-The master’s room has a queen size mattress, and a bathroom within, along with a hair blower next to the dresser’s mirror.
-One room with a full bed, mirror and nightstands.
-Another room with 3 twin beds and 1 full bed, mirror, nightstands, stuffed toys and a night-sky lamp. Great for kids!
-A movie room with decorative lights, a reclinable sofa, popcorn machine, board games, and a ps3 console.
-Jacuzzi fully equipped, with towels, decorative lights and a outdoor bench.
-fireplace, with outdoor chairs, and a BBQ.
-laundry available with independent access.

Clean property in quiet neighborhood

Clean property that worked well for our family. Only a 10 minute drive to aquarium and beach. We enjoyed the hot tub too.

Great place

We came down to visit the family for Thanksgiving. It was supposed to be our son and his family with us with his children but one of the children got sick and was unable to make it there was a few issues. Nothing serious but anytime we contacted them they were very accommodating and fixed the issues as needed. A great place to stay

Superb Property

Previous reviews stating this property is in the “hood” are unfounded. It is an older neighborhood with multiple remodeled homes. Location is central to pretty much anywhere you need to go in Ft. Pierce. We utilized every amenity: Jacuzzi, Gas Grill, and Laundry - all were in great shape.. Everything was spot on. We had 4 people and each had their own room because we utilized the movie room as an extra bedroom. Would definitely stay again.

Not as described

Grass was not mowed very high. Tv in living room speaker were blown loud crackling sound couldn't watch it. House smelled musty. Sketchy neighborhood neighbor blaring music all day and night. Was told there was enough parking for truck and boat and there was not. Tried to up charge 160 after we left for excessive water use for spraying off boat and parking in the yard because they lied about being enough parking. Would not recommend staying.

Bad Neighborhood and Incompetent Host

Folks were driving around at all hours of the playing loud music. Neighbors were having a house party until probably 2 am. Kinda in the hood, but that isn’t what really bothered me. Issue was host told me VRBO has my damage deposit. So I called VRBO and they said the host had to release it. So this run around caused me to incur interest, due to the delay on their part. Also, outside trash had not been set by curb in a while and had maggots and a terrible rancid odor.
