PRIME LOCATION 10 minutes to downtown Louisville. Super close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping in Clarksville, Jeffersonville, and New Albany, also right by the major freeway.

* Swim Spa Hot Tub: At 14 feet by 8 feet, this is twice the size of most hot tubs! One end of the hot tub is 4 feet deep, allowing you to float or swim. It has powerful jets for swimming or relaxing.

Ample outdoor seating for gathering: 6 seat dining table on the deck, 8 seat sectional under the gazebo, 4 stools with bar attached to the hot tub.

* 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Full Beds, + pull out sofa / 2 Full baths on 2 different levels (sleeps 12)

* Kid/Infant friendly with baby essentials provided (crib, pack n play, baby bath insert, high chair, baby gate)

Guests will have the whole home to themselves. Guests can access the home by electronic deadbolt.

This family friendly neighborhood is quiet and secluded, yet minutes away from major shopping and dining. The neighbors are very friendly and take care of their homes.

There are 2 parking spots in the garage, 2-4 in front of the garage in the driveway, and open street parking in front of the home. There are sidewalks and you could bike to a large number of shops

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULE: Our home has quiet hours from 10PM-7AM. This means you must be inside the home by 10pm. If you do not want to comply with this rule, please do not book this property.

Noise monitor: We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). We want to be respectful of our neighbors so we will be made aware if the noise level is too high past quiet hours. Thank you!

This was beyond our expectations. It was very beautiful and clean. The location was perfect. There was one complaint from one of my travel friends; she said the bedroom downstairs gets extremely hot with the heat on. The hot tub was perfect temperature and a great place to relax after Ghost hunting at the Waverly Sanatorium. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you!!!

This was one of the best stays, homes and owners ive had in years. We stayed during the bad winter storms the end of Jan. and when asked to drop off a shovel they did even better and did the shoveling of the steps and a path to the amazing swimspa in the backyard, cleared the cover of that off for us as well. We were also pleasantly surprised by how much we liked the beds as they felt pretty hard when just pushing on them but they craddled us like babies.

Host was accommodating with a Christmas tree Definitely needs a deep clean and more attentive cleaners, floors were not clean as our socks were black at end of day. Need working vacuum and more towels. We only had one hand towel in the kitchen, had to buy more dishwashing tablets and trash bags to last our trip.

My wife and I live just 10 minutes away from the property in Jeffersonville, Indiana. We are from Louisville and moved here 3 years ago when we got married to be “independent” but still close to family and fell in love with the small town feel and the convenience of being close to everything. My wife and I are both from large families and love being able to spread out and enjoy outdoor activities when we travel on yearly vacations. We wanted to serve our guests that same way and have very intentionally included fun games, baby friendly amenities, and an awesome backyard in our space. My wife is a social worker and so naturally likes to serve and this is a way to do that while helping to support out growing family of 4 as well.

Why they chose this property

It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and nicely sized yards. It has ample street parking and is within 5 minutes of ay store you can name, and just about 7 minutes to the nearest interstate.
