Welcome to Navarre Beach, dubbed Florida's Most Relaxing Place! "Sugar Shores" is our beautiful oceanfront townhouse ON THE BEACH with stunning Gulf views. This 4 bed/3.5 bath townhome comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults plus 2 children and is perfect for your family or group beach getaway. Enjoy the sugary white sands and the glassy turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico just a 30 second walk away! Fantastic fishing is just a few steps away directly from the shore or 1.5 miles to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier. Swim, paddleboard, or just grab some rays on Navarre Beach, one of the least crowded beaches on the Florida Panhandle as you enjoy your time away from it all with the comforts of home at your fingertips. We purchased this townhouse in 2023 and have put a lot of love and care into updates and upgrades including painting, flooring, brand new furnishings, decor, kitchen supplies, appliances, and more! Our goal has been to create a chic yet warm and inviting beach experience for our guests with thoughtful touches such as USB charging on every nightstand, an 85" TV in the living room for awesome movie nights or enjoying your favorite sports team, smart TV's in each bedroom room, and supplying beach items such as beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and children's sand toys. We have also just begun providing 2 BOTE stand up paddleboards (SUPs) available for guests use after signing a separate use agreement. We do also provide all linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion, along with laundry and dishwashing pods. We ask that our patrons treat our home with care and we do not allow parties. All guests are required to be over the age of 24 with the exception of course of supervised children/family of adult renters.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beautiful beachfront home

This is a beautifully renovated townhouse on the beach. It is just as it looks in the photos. Navarre is the perfect beach getaway, if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and take in the tranquil gulf waters. We will definitely be returning! The house is VERY well equipped - there's nothing you'll need that is not provided, and the owners are very responsive to questions. We brought our own beach equipment, but the owners provide chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, coolers, etc. in the garage, so it was not necessary that we had our own. Also, the owners of the neighboring properties are very kind and willing to help renters. If I had one "complaint" it would be that the doors to the decks are very difficult to open. My 7 year old could barely open and close them. I suppose this could be an added bonus, if you have very small kiddos who you don't want going to the beach without you, but it was a bit of a challenge. That said, we had a lovely time and hope to return to this property again soon!

From the ancient Smoky Mountains (did you know this mountain range is the 8th oldest in the WORLD?!), to the gorgeous white sands and glassy waters of the Florida Panhandle/Emerald Coast. Parker is an award-winning mortgage loan originator specializing in helping families start their short-term rental portfolios, while Oz is a "retired" Electronic Engineer, who now spends his days tirelessly working on each of our properties to keep them in great condition! Our daughter Taliesin who is headed to college has been involved in some of our design and decor and our son Zolin who is still in high school just might be the one to answer your message or inquiry. We are emotionally attached to each of our properties (even though we aren't supposed to be lol) and we truly hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Sugar Shores is the perfect place for your beach vacation! Located directly ON the Gulf of Mexico, it doesn't get much better than waking up gathering a few items (and maybe the kids) and heading straight to one of the prettiest and least crowded beaches in the panhandle. Our townhome is spacious and chic with 6 beds located in 4 bedrooms plus the sleeper sofa in the living room, and 3.5 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have king beds, one has a queen bed, and the 4th has a really cool built-in double queen bunk bed. The living room also has a queen sofa bed. We purchased this townhouse in 2023 and have put a lot of love and care into updates and upgrades including painting, flooring, brand new furnishings, decor, kitchen supplies, appliances, and more!
