Great location, incredible view, excellent size place for my 3 adult children, myself and my 18 month old grandson! We were able to cook meals, enjoy the beach/ocean and the pools and jacuzzi. Amazing location with in walking distance to Walmart grocery store as well as lots of other tourist shopping. Over all an amazing, relaxing time!

Everything was good, 1 small problem happened, and the host corrected it fast, I would go back anytime
This is the crappiest ocean front condos we've ever stayed at. The pictures are very misleading. They look almost photo-shopped. The entire building is very old and this condo needs serious renovations.
There were mold on the shower curtain and lamp shades. The shower door in the guest bathroom kept coming off the rail.
The beds were uncomfortable.
The thermostat was locked at 72 and couldn't be changed.
The elevators had no air conditioning and it was like being in a sauna. I kept praying that we don't get stuck in them.
Parking was a nightmare. The parking garage is across the street. Our truck only has a 2" lift and couldn't fit in the garage (6' - 4" clearance). We had a heck of a time finding a parking spot late at night.
Also, the resort is not in a good area and we were nervous walking back to the building from the parking lot especially with small kids.
No check-in information was provided. We had a hard time unlocking the door, and couldn't lock it from the outside. The property manager wasn't helpful with providing that information.
Needless to say, we won't be back.
We were pleased with the easy parking, unloading, entry to building and room. The view was spectacular. The size of the unit was perfect. I was happy to see a washer/dryer available in the unit. However, there was repair work going on so cupboards were emptied of the contents, a large hole in the kitchen and dust covered the counters and appliances. A balcony chair had a broken leg and a drip coffee maker were replaced and/or delivered upon request. There were no cleaning products or tools available to sweep the floor, no bar soap or dishsoap available and one roll of paper towel. The pans were teflon coated but very scratched and dirty. There were no bottle opener or ice cube trays. I think these couple things are fairy standard. Upon stripping our bed at the end of our stay I noticed mildew on the pillowcases. On day 3 of our 5 day stay, a plumber appeared at the door at 10:00 am to work on the leaking pipes. We had not been notified that this was to occur. They were in and out for about 3 hours. On day 4 of our stay, after a relaxing beach walk and lunch, we rode up the elevator with a repairman who was heading to our unit. Once there we found the door to our unit unlocked and open with no one inside. He worked on the hole in the wall for 90 minutes. I have stayed in a number of VRBO units and this was by far the worst experience. Was frustrated with the uncleanliness, missing/broken items and lack of communication and invasion by the site workers.
