Lovely, well appointed home with great open floor plan and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for 3 couples and a room for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern townhome with all the comforts of home. Great layout of rooms with all bedrooms upstairs. Shuttle service was exceptional. Great for families.

Christmas Vacation

The townhome fit our group of 9 very well with beds, bathrooms, kitchen, and living quarters. We did want to use the garage and a car was already there blocking any other use. One bed also was without a sheet! We could have been warmer at night as well.

Beware of Retreatia Properties

- Property manager, Retreatia, required us to switch properties after we booked / paid. A comparable property with a pool was not available. Retreatria offered no concessions.- Property was far more tired and dirty - including floors, walls, furniture and appliances - than the pictures. Again, Retreatria offered no concessions. - Property manager required we make payments off VRBO, on separate platform- Retretia required we pick up and drop off keys at a separate location (vs. lockbox or similar)- Retreatia did not respond to email during our stay, but was very responsive prior to check-in- Retreatia did provide a pack-and-play for an infant- Property location was decent, a short drive from town, however, it was in the middle of an area with hundreds or thousands of units, so not quite as serene as expected-Hot tub was in good condition- Pac-man arcade game was a hit with the kids
