You will have full access to the horseshoe driveway in the front, the entire house, and the deck/backyard. However, the detached garage, areas behind the east privacy fence, space under the master bedroom deck, and the parking space north of the detached garage are not for guest use.
Other things to note
There is a shop in the detached garage which is accessed from a different driveway. The owner will only access this shop briefly, if at all, and will not be used before 9 am and no later than 5:30 pm.
