Very nice property

It’s a nice little house. Too small to live in permanently but perfect for a holiday. Great view of the Thermaic Gulf. May be a little too far from the beach for disabled or old people to walk. The owner is extremely friendly and eager to help, probably the best owner I have ever dealt with on VRBO. Highly Recommended!

I was recently in Thessaloniki for 3 days to visit family and rented the property. The property has its positives and negatives. It is ideal for a couple as a beach getaway. With a few improvements it could really be special.Positives: (1) truly a million dollar view, (2) beautiful landscaping and great yard furnishings to sit in and enjoy the view, (3) private gated parking, (4) quiet neighborhood, lots of privacy, (5) good a/c system, (6) shower had good water pressure, (7) owner is very communicative and made check in and check out easy, (8) close to beaches which are walkable, (9) close to cafes, gas, markets which are walkable, (10) decent tv and couch in living area.Negatives: (1) need to invest in new, clean bed sheets, (2) there are patches with cork in one of the bedrooms on the wall and on the ceiling....this needs to be properly fixed, (3) property is being promoted as a farmhouse...this is not a modern high end farmhouse but instead is a rustic farmhouse that could use some renovating especially the floors, front door, and ceiling, (4) could use a table to eat meals at in living area.
