This was a great location, right on the river walk and 2 blocks down from Broad Street. We were easily able to walk to all of the places we planned to visit. It was also very clean and had all of the basic amenities we needed.

Supplies were low at the property, most noticeably, lack of toilet paper. There was no hand soap or dish sponge, making washing dishes more challenging.
My husband and I traveled to Rome for a running event. This house was perfect! It is well stocked, spotless, quiet, and located near restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
Was supposed to just be me, but dad tagged along to go visit his college roommate who was in hospital in ATL. Worked out great for everyone. My only “complaint” was the 1st bedroom (where I slept) the post on the back of the bed creeks quite a bit when you move at all. Otherwise A+
Nice 2 bedroom 1 bath upstairs unit. We were in Rome for a tennis tournament at Berry College. It was easy to get to the tournament and very walkable to town and restaurants. The river walk is right there too.
