Good location and great property! Clean, spacious, and nice to have a fenced in yard for our dog. Nice amenities in the house like boot dryers, grill, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
Nice cozy atmosphere was clean and comfortable stores close by short hour fifteen minute drive to Grand Tetons and Yellowstone Parks would love to stay there again when I do that trip again
My husband used this property for his home base for his annual fishing trip with his friends. They fished around the area and said this was a perfect base camp close to amenities and not far from great fishing.

Glad your husband had a great time fishing out here, we hope he caught a bunch! We are happy to hear they enjoyed their stay and all the amenities that go along with it. We hope to have them back next year for more fishing!
Teton Basecamp was a great spot for our group of 5 for two nights as we were in town to ski Grand Targhee. The place is simple, but had everything we needed and was laid out well for a group (3 bedrooms upstairs, living downstairs, and a bathroom downstairs). It had everything we needed and was close to town and 20 minutes from the mountain. Would stay here again.
Good clean place and had EVERYTHING one might need. Spacious for a family. Would recommend.

This property was perfect for our family vacation over the 4th of July. Beautiful drive over the Teton Pass into Jackson and the GTNP. Yellowstone was about 1:40 minute drive. This property served our needs perfectly. Driggs puts on a great firework display.

I'm so glad you and the family had a fantastic 4th of July at our place! The drive over Teton Pass is always stunning, and it's great to hear you made it to Jackson and GTNP. Yellowstone is such a gem, even if it’s a bit of a drive. Driggs does put on an awesome fireworks display, doesn't it? Thanks for the awesome review – it means a lot. Can't wait to have you back again!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property in driggs. It was a great base for our ski trip to grand Targhee and Jackson hole. The town had a great grocery store, bars and restaurants. We also arranged our snowmobiling trip to Yellowstone from driggs which was excellent. The accommodation was clean, good quality. We hadn’t picked up that one of the bathrooms was downstairs, but that wasn’t a problem for us. We were able to check in early, which was much appreciated and communication with the host was always prompt

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and that the home served as a great base for your ski trip and Yellowstone snowmobiling adventure. Driggs truly is a fantastic town with great local spots, and we’re happy you got to experience it! We appreciate your kind words about the accommodations and communication, and we're always happy to help when we can—like with the early check-in. Hope to host you again for another mountain getaway! ❄️🏔️
This is a great spot for 4 friends to crash and each have their own bed. Located in downtown Driggs, targhee was only about a 20 minute drive. This house could definitely accommodate 5-6 guest if there are couples sharing beds. Would definitely stay here again
My siblings and I enjoyed the rental unit which was clean, in a nice area convenient to downtown Driggs, and with a nice porch for afternoon sitting and resting. We hiked in theTeton Valley area which has plenty of trails. We also did some dining in Driggs along with home cooking in the nice base camp kitchen.
The house was lovely and perfect for 5 adults. There is a bunk bed in one bedroom but my 18 yr old thought it was a hoot to have mom on the top bunk. No air conditioning but nights were very comfortable with windows open and that’s coming from someone living in East TN humidity and heat. About an hour from Tetons but made for a great base camp location. Would stay again

It is so great to hear you enjoyed the home and had a great time in the bunk beds! We like to think we are the gateway to Yellowstone and Grand Teton so we are glad you got to enjoy the area as a basecmop. Thank you again for staying with us, we hope you come back again!
Lovely cabin in a neighborhood with a nostalgic feeling. Beautiful fenced-in yard with a lush lawn and talking in a wind aspens. Small but accommodating deck with wooden double chairs - perfect for watching the stars lighting up. Large kitchen, which actually made me want to make a simple meal. My golden doodle and I made very sweet memories there of the summer of '23.
Overall it was fine, and met our needs for a couple nights while visiting Grand Tetons. I must have messed up my search, I didn’t realize there was no AC, which in August after a day of hiking would have been nice. I also thought I booked a house with a hot tub, but there wasn’t one. Maybe the listing hadn’t been updated yet because even the information book in the house mentioned it. Wouldn’t have been a deal breaker, just a miss, that’s on my research. Overall, it was comfortable and the town of Driggs was charming.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re so glad the home met your needs and that you enjoyed both the comfort of the space and the charm of Driggs.
We’re sorry to hear there was some confusion around the amenities. The home does not have AC or a hot tub, and the listing is up to date to reflect that. We’ll double-check the house manual to make sure there’s no mention of a hot tub but there was never one here so it should not have been mentioned.
While most homes in Teton Valley don’t have central AC due to our cool mountain evenings, we completely understand how August afternoons after a hike can feel warm.
We truly appreciate your feedback.
We had a great vacation at this property. The town and neighborhood were quiet and relaxing. This place had everything you need! Drinking coffee in the fall air on the front porch, and driving 7 miles to see bear and moose! Seriously, a 7 mile drive into the mountains and we saw bear and moose daily! I will definitely be back to stay at Driggs Basecamp. Thanks again for an amazing vacation, this was my 1st real vacation using VRBO, and I will use them exclusively! Lol just watch the irrigation system! I walked out in the yard a 5 a.m. and it was 40 degrees, when the cold water blasted me!!!!!

Disappointing Return Visit
We have verifiably stayed in this house 20 times and others managed by Grand Valley Lodging since 2006. For the first time we found the property ill equipped, lacking in upkeep and cleanliness. The management company representative was inflexible, curt and defensive. Photos on this site are dated and reflect the property condition as it was years ago. No return.

We are sorry to hear that you had this experience. We just wanted to share that Grand Valley Lodging has been acquired by a group of local partners and we are making big changes over here. All properties are getting a full overhaul and you can expect great things from us moving forward. The previous owner had one foot out the door and was not taking care of the properties or guests. We have already turned that around! Again, we apologies and hope to have you back one day to prove the changes! Have a great evening.
This house was a fun spot to gather with adult family members and visit former colleagues and friends in Teton Valley. Good hiking and birdwatching in this area.
