This place really is a hidden gem in Lancaster. The property was great and centrally located, close to downtown shopping as well as the sports complex that we were playing a basketball tournament at over the weekend. Val was friendly, attentive and was very easily accessible throughout the trip. The worst part about this was that we couldn't stay longer - it was that amazing.

The condo had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable, everything was in pristine condition and very clean.Even though the property is listed as a first floor condo, it is more like a converted apartment with a house above. We could definitely hear people above us, but they were never too loud or disturbing.

Guests appreciate the ground floor since there are absolutely no steps, parking is on level ground with your entrance, and the entrance opens to your private, peaceful spacious backyard. There is also a peaceful concrete and brick patio, shaded and covered by the beautiful deck, complete with table and chairs for dining outside and enjoying the property even more. Every property should be this easy to enjoy. The private parking, patio, quiet backyard, and thoughtful amenities like coffee, creamer(s!!), full size fridge and luxurious bathroom were above and beyond our expectations. We meandered along backroads on our quest for fabric stores and couldn't get over how well-cared-for the farms and homes appeared. It was just the balm to our spirits we needed. We picked this location for a wedding and all the positive reviews did not disappoint. The quiet yard was perfect to sit out back in the cool undercover table and play cards even when it was 90 degrees! The birds are always chirping cheerfully which makes you feel like you are in a tranquil place. Having the kitchen, the two bedrooms and washer/dryer made it so much better than a hotel. Chad greeted our grand-dog when he came home to make her relax and Val was so prompt in communicating with us. We would definitely stay here again. All our trails and pickle ball courts were within 15 min to boot. Locket restaurant was perfect forSitting in the cool outdoor area with our grand-dog. The food was excellent and so was the service.
