Reservation was not honored.

My reservation was from 6/22/25 to 6/28/25. I was unable to check in on the 22nd. The host said i had not reserved for the 22nd. Even though my reservation said so. I waited over 45 minutes to hear from the host. Finally i was able to find her phone number. I called her. She said she would refund my full stay. Which she didn't. I have contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charge.

Decent stay

Stayed for 10 days. Nice area. Apartment was not a very clean place (didn't seem professionally cleaned when I arrived). Dish washer didn’t work for entire stay. The AC was broken when I arrived, but I will give kudos to the pm for getting someone out to fix it that same night. Pretty nice washer and drier. Not very stocked regarding kitchen items and towels, but gets the job done.
