Groups and families will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the 4 modern bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All four bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible.

Bedroom 1 features a comfy king-sized bed & smart TV. This room also has a private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed with smart TV.

Bedrooms 3 is furnished with a queen-sized bed, Smart-TV and is facing the bathroom.

Bedrooms 4 furnished with a full-sized bed & Smart TV.

Bedroom 5 features a full-sized bed with smart TV.

Bedroom 6 features a full-sized bed.

If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group.

No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious property has 3 full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

Bathroom 1 is located off the first bedroom and features vanities and decent size walk-in shower.

Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area. This bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo and a long vanity and mirror.

The patio is a collection of vibrant spaces that allow guests to experience Miami like local residents. Cool off in the private pool or near the gazebo area to enjoy your time. We have sun loungers to give you the full tropical experience. The outdoor space is also equipped with a gas grill, and a dining area under the string lights.

Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property for their entire stay, including the breathtaking outdoor areas.

Free parking is available on the property up to 4 vehicles. Let us know in advance if you have more than 4 vehicles.

This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $35 per night and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.

We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.

Conveniently located in the beautiful Olympia Heights Communities, an ideal location and a beautiful and lush environment. Just minutes from Fontainebleau, this area has been described as South Florida's ideal lifestyles.

Please note that there is a camera covering the front and back outside areas of the property. They are used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and property.
-Please set thermostat to 75 for 30 minutes before going down to 70 to prevent system from freezing. Also, to keep the house cool, please refrain from opening the doors unnecessarily.

-Please bring the bins inside the property after trash has been collected to avoid City violations.

-You might see leaves in the pool because the pool is open and there are trees around it. Please use pool skimmers to clean or contact us for assistance.

-Please rinse the plates first with water to clear out any food waste before placing them inside the dishwasher.

-Late checkout will be charged minimum of $50 per hour to maximum nightly rate.
