AUBURN CAMELLIA HOUSE! Game Day - w/rsvd downtown football parking, Graduations!

Enjoy this spacious, well-appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath home centrally located in Auburn. This home sits on approximately 4 acres right in the heart of Auburn on Moores Mill Rd. This is a perfect rental for all Auburn University events, including game days, Camp War Eagle week-ends and graduations. Conveniently located near many local wedding and special event venues.
Some interesting facts about the house and land:

**The house sits on land that was the original homestead of the Moore family from the mid 1800's until 1960. The 1,500 acre property included a lumber mill that was located where Moore's Mill Country Club is currently located.
**The two beautiful Live Oak trees in the front yard are believed to be at least 300 years old.
**The house gets its name from the more than 400 camellias that are planted throughout the property.

MASTER BEDROOM - King bed with en suite bathroom. Newly renovated, large walk in shower. This bath also connects to the hallway.

GUEST BEDROOM 1 - Queen bed, shared bath

GUEST BEDROOM 2 - King bed, full size futon, shared bath

GUEST BATH - Shower/tub

KITCHEN - You will enjoy cooking in the large, fully stocked kitchen. Coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee maker and hot water kettle. Tea bags, ground coffee, Keurig pods, flavored syrups and sweetener provided.

DINING ROOM - comfortably seats 8

Watch your favorite games on one of 3 large screen televisions located in the living areas. Each bedroom is also equipped with a TV. High speed internet, smart TV's.

Plenty of parking and lots of space for outdoor fun.

This rental includes a parking pass near campus for all home football games!

The property and home were very attractive and extremely well kept. There was plenty of room to entertain, prepare food and park. Beds were comfy and the sheets were great. Pretty much everything that we needed was readily available. There was plenty of coffee and more than enough sweetener for my group. I would recommend bringing a few extra dish towels.

Family Thanksgiving

We loved our stay at the Camellia house! The house was very clean, and very spacious. There was more than enough room and seating for our family Thanksgiving. Our 3 year old loved the Pac-Man and ping pong table. The welcome goodies and drinks were so sweet. The towels were very large and fluffy! Beds were very comfortable. We will stay again if the need ever arises. Thank you so much for such a wonderful, stress free stay.
