Reno

We had 3 rooms booked. Our third room wasn’t available until after 8 pm. Even when they knew they were arriving at 4 pm. My toilet ran all night long. The a/c didn’t work in my room. There were stains on the carpet in one of the rooms and the screen in the window was ripped out with a large hole. The door to my room didn’t close without a hard push. Also the door was broken to the building and the had it duct taped in open during the whole stay. So anyone could have come in off the streets.
