Come and relax at RETREAT ON THE RIDGE, a newly furnished and decorated top floor corner condo with 180-degree breathtaking layered views in the upscale Echota neighborhood. A 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with remodeled kitchen is just what you are looking for in your next vacation getaway. Nestled in the hills above Foscoe, this hidden gem sits in a peaceful gated community with swimming pools, hot tub, and fitness center. Come escape to our mountain retreat and explore the High Country any season!

This condo has a spacious deck with a comfortable vibe and did we mention the views? The private deck is accessible from the large master king bedroom or the main living space. The open concept living area has cozy seating facing the fireplace and the majestic mountain views. The queen bedroom and second bathroom can double as a private suite.

Guests can journey to the upstairs loft and utilize as a lounge for movie or game night. The loft easily converts to the third bedroom with two twin beds. In the summer months walk to the clubhouse with hot tub, pool and fitness center. In the winter months a drive down to the indoor pool and hot tub can be a real treat!

Located in the center of the High Country, a short drive will take you to shopping, restaurants, skiing, hiking and all the area attractions in Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Boone, Sugar Mountain (9 miles) and Beech Mountain (16 miles). Plus, Echota boasts a private, 25-acre, riverside park with a picnic pavilion and grill on the Watauga River, fishing ponds, and miles of hiking and walking trails for guests to enjoy. Everything you need is right here for a "Retreat on the Ridge"!

Wonderful fall weekend

Relaxing Retreat

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely unit! The view is incredible, the location just right and it is spotlessly clean. Jerome, the host, responded right away and followed through when I contacted him. As someone who also owns a vacation rental, I have high expectations when I travel, and they were exceeded at Retreat on the Ridge - we look forward to returning!

With two teenagers, they stay busy with extracurriculars but love to escape the city to the tranquility of the mountains at every opportunity. Jerome and Kellie are the property concierge and live just down the road in Boone where they love waking up to the mountains every day. They love hosting families in this beautiful area and helping them create magical memories.
