A nice and quiet terrace makes it unique.
The flat is confortable (80 m², 2 bedroom), convenient (lift, closets...) and fully equiped (kitchen, bathroom, wifi...).
The neighbourhood is friendly and it's the perfect spot to visit Paris ! It's very central and metro stations are 5 minutes away.

Perfect for a family of 4, or 2 couples travelling together.
In addition, 1 small mattress and/or couch suitable for a child.
