Located on Grand Haven's main shopping and dining corridor, this unique, beautifully updated 1890s Victorian is within walking distance to all Grand Haven has to offer including the beach, musical fountain, waterfront stadium, dining and more.
The space
Please note, the first floor is occupied by a business that has 5 or less employees M-F 8am-5pm. The business is very quiet and has no customer foot traffic in or out. The business has exclusive use of the front porch only. The upper 2 floors ( the dedicated home space), driveway and backyard are for your exclusive use.
