We loved every minute of our stay here. The apartment is right on the beach so you can sit on the balcony and hear the waves crashing or watch a beautiful sunset. It was everything we hoped for and we definitely hope to come back someday.

A week in Grand Case

Have stayed here before and really enjoyed location and property. Only suggestion is a bbq grill would be must for us in the future.

Absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The layout was great and the views just spectacular. Loved to swim and snorkel right out front of the apt. Quiet but also a short walk along the to beach to many bars. Best restaurants literally across the street. We will be back. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

Very clean,very comfortable and very well equipped 2.5 bathrooms! 2 balconies! Amazing view looking out to turquoise water on back balcony. Front balcony looks over the street with great restaurants! Le Cottage, La Villa, Bistrot Caribes ,just a few minute walk and out of this world food! Your host Katryna meets you on arrival and will help you with tours ect. She was a pleasure to deal with! We will be back!

Room with THE VIEW !!!

We had an amazing stay here !!! The view of Grace Bay was breathtaking !!!! Right ABOVE the water & directly across the street from the BEST FOOD in St Martin! So convenient. We walked the beach and swam in the most beautiful blue water. Our view of the ocean and catamarans was like a scene out of a movie . We didn’t want to leave . One note: planes fly directly over , but you get used to it. We can’t wait to come back . Kat + Meese

Great location - on beach and right next to great restaurants.

Grand Case is a generally quiet (and quaint) area. This apartment is in a building with 3 others; it’s right on the beach and right across the street from several fabulous restaurant options. There is a parking spot for your car and a deck on both sides of the unit. We enjoyed our stay here and we would comeback.

The best trip to St Martin in our 8th visit

The best family vacation ever! We didn't want to leave. The check-in process was simple someone was waiting to greet us and show us everything about the condo. If we had an issues I just texted the # I was given and someone was right over the check for help us if we had something we didn't understand how to work. I believe the most enjoyable part of the day for me was waking up early every morning for the sunrise, not that I would see it but the daylight had me up and I was wanting to just sit on the balcony and drink my coffee then go for a jog on the beach then cool off for a swim. The condo was so nice and had everything we needed for our family vacation. For dinner every night we walked across the street or just up the street. So conveniently located. We plan to come back again in January. If you are looking for a condo right on the beach and a place you wouldn't even need a vehicle to rent this is definitely the place.
