Very nice, new home. The host went above and beyond in responding to our questions and requests. For example, an inoperative coffee maker was replaced with a brand new one, as soon as we raised the issue. Highest recommendation.

We were honored that William and his family selected our property so many months ago for their special visit to the Bay Area. It was our pleasure having them. They were friendly, communicative, observant of pretty much our main house rule—not wearing shoes inside—and were very complimentary about the house which we appreciated. They were also very gracious about the malfunctioning Keurig machine. Even though we replaced it within a couple of hours, we felt bad for inconveniencing them but it was a wonderful opportunity to meet this lovely family. We would welcome them back any time!

Perfect little House

We loved staying at the home in Redwood City while we put our home on the market. Onnee and Brian are great hosts and the space was perfect for us. Would highly recommend if you are visiting the Bay Area or need a temporary living space.

We received a warm welcome from our hosts, Brian and Oonee. The residence is well laid out with an excellent kitchen that is well equipped and super well supplied with zip lock bags, plastic wrap, soaps etc. The laundry facilities are similarly well supplied. The home was immaculate. I would highly recommend this rental, especially for those who might need to be to the nearby Stanford Medical Center which was our situation.

I stayed here with my daughter for one week while in the area. The guest house proved to be in an exceptional location as it was close to my work as well as all the creature comforts of Redwood City, Menlo Park and Palo Alto. The host, Brian, was very accommodating as I had to modify my itinerary at the last minute. The house was fully stocked with all items that one would need (eg laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, etc). It was also quiet and provided for several good nights of sleep. My only minor complaint was the AC as while it cooled, it took some time to get cold in the house. It was likely operator error.

Two Weeks in Redwood City

We enjoyed our two week stay while we visited our grandson and his parents. The hosts were attentive to our needs. The property was convenient, comfortable and clean. We walked around the neighbourhood every day and enjoyed the California weather (blue sky everyday) and the Halloween displays.

Very Nice Redwood City Guest House

The host is super nice and immediately responsive. The kitchen is great for cooking and nicely equipped. The kitchen-den area is great for gathering, which we did with our adult children. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The Internet was better than I've ever had in a rental (obviously fiber). The street parking was basically wide open all the time so no problem.
