About the host

Hosted by Dan Brooks

Host profile image
I am originally from Orland (two houses away) and am now living back in Orland in my ancestral property. I am now retired from the corporate world and spend my time working on the property, as well as my Bangor home.

Why they chose this property

I grew up 2 houses away and delivered papers to the owners as a kid. When the property became available, I knew I wanted it! Since the house needed 'everything', I decided to gut it to the shell and start over -- thus the pics display the finished product.

What makes this property unique

peace, quiet and relaxation
