Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Report lost, damaged or broken items. Return both garage door transmitters to basket on kitchen island. Return upstairs TV transmitter back to fireplace mantle. All used towels and bed linens on beds
Return fan transmitter in bedroom 1 back to bedroom night stand. Return fan transmitter in bedroom 2 back to bedroom nightstand. Return both downstairs TV transmitters back to TV stand.
Secure property by locking front door, sliding kitchen glass door, french doors leading from the master bedroom to back deck and EXTERIOR side garage door. DO NOT lock the interior basement door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not remove, alter, change, deface, or damage any personal or real property of the homeowner. Use of fireplace is strictly prohibited.
NO USE, SALE or DISTRIBUTION of illegal drugs to include and not limited to marijuana, cocaine, fentynol, barbiturates, moly, heroin, crack, uppers
No unauthorized events (I.e. parties, large gatherings or large cookouts/bbqs. Quiet hours 11pm-7a. Do not touch wall security panel or server in bdrm
